360 Talent Profile
The 360 Talent Profile is all six corporate assessments taken together and read as one picture: Big Five (OCEAN) personality, DISC behavioural style, Leadership, Workplace Strengths, Cognitive Aptitude and Culture Fit. It costs $39.99, against $47.94 for the same six bought separately, and takes around 90 minutes in total - not necessarily in one sitting.
Why combine six assessments
Any single assessment answers one question well and leaves the others open. A Big Five profile describes consistent personality tendencies but says nothing about reasoning ability. A cognitive score predicts how quickly someone handles novel complexity but nothing about how they will behave in a disagreement. Culture Fit describes the environment someone needs and nothing about whether they can do the work.
The findings worth acting on usually appear in the tension between instruments rather than inside any one of them. High Leadership Drive alongside low Stress Resilience describes someone who will volunteer for the difficult project and struggle in month three - a pattern neither report shows alone. Strong Cognitive Aptitude with low Execution Discipline explains a person whose ideas are consistently good and whose delivery is consistently late. Reading the six together is what turns six scores into a decision.
What the report contains
- Six complete assessment reports
- Each instrument's full result, scored and interpreted on its own terms, exactly as it would arrive if purchased individually.
- Combined cross-assessment analysis
- Where the six agree, where they conflict, and what the conflicts imply for role fit, management approach and likely failure modes.
- Archetype identification
- A summarising profile drawn from the multi-dimensional result, matched against 20 defined talent archetypes.
- Downloadable PDF
- A roughly 20-page report suitable for sharing with a hiring panel or keeping on file. Reports you generate remain yours.
Who it is for
It is aimed at decisions that are expensive to get wrong: a senior hire, a promotion into management, a succession plan, or a development conversation with someone the organisation intends to keep for years. For high-volume screening it is the wrong tool - a single targeted assessment costs $7.99 and takes fifteen minutes.
Honest limits
Five of the six instruments are self-report, so the profile describes how someone understands themselves as well as how they behave. Combining assessments improves coverage but does not remove that constraint, and no assessment battery replaces a structured interview, a work sample and reference checks. Treat the profile as the best-informed set of questions you can bring into those conversations, not as a substitute for having them.
